Owners and operators of those facilities can request that the represented data be adjusted, partially or completely removed, and locked from further changes. These operations can be completed through a website account, or by contacting our support team.

Changes to Services:
myDojo.online will constantly be looking to improve and enhance the services offered. myDojo.online may add, alter, or remove functionality from a service at any time and without prior notice. myDojo.online may also limit, suspend, or discontinue a service to you at its discretion. In the event that myDojo.online discontinues a service, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

myDojo.online will strive to communicate any changes that may impact you to our best effort.

Downgraded Accounts:
Downgrading your account may cause loss of content, features, capacity and functionality. Access to content and account details will be available for a limited time, MINIMUM SEVEN (7) DAYS, following cancellation to enable any content to be retrieved.

Suspended Accounts:
You can request your account to be suspended for a period of time, no more than six(6) months. While suspended, your account will be downgraded to just a directory listing. During this period will lose access to content, features, capacity, and functionality from the system. The administrator account will remain active to all public directory listing data to be updated.

Resuming from suspension: once the pre-defined suspension period is reached or by request from the account owner, the account will automatically return with all previous content, features, capacity, and functionality. Payments will resume on their previous schedule.

Cancelled Accounts:
In the event your account is cancelled, for any reason, your public directory content and settings will remain locked for six(6) months.

Transferring Accounts:
Accounts can be transferred between owners or managers at any time, simply contact support with the details.
